PickguardFX.com will accept returns for any pickguard with the exception of a custom graphic pickguard, within 30 days of purchase date. The product must be in new condition, or a 50% restocking fee will be charged. Custom graphic pickguards can only be returned if the product has a manufacturing flaw, as all custom graphic pickguard orders are sent via e-mail to to the customer for pre-approval to avoid any errors in graphic placement, spelling, etc. Customers must e-mail approval of custom graphic pickguards before they will be processed.
