Jimmy Hendrix! His backing band plays with

Hot
Cinder-Block Building Boogie.........
After
a successful promotional tour of their first
independent CD, "Houserocking Rhythm
& Blues," The Beat Daddys signed
with Jackson, Mississippi-based Malaco/Waldoxy
Records. Their debut album "No, We Ain't
From Clarksdale," produced by Tommy Couch,
Jr., propelled the Indiana band into the national
spotlight. The release, recorded in Muscle
Shoals, is swathed in Larry Grisham's powerful
vocals and features not only his strong songwriting
talents, but also showcases the diversity
of the band's musical abilities, ranging from
full throttle blues-rock to haunting ballads.
The
band soon began a relentless touring schedule
where they shared the stage with national
artists such as B. B. King, Little Milton,
Koko Taylor, Tony Joe White, Robert Cray,
Tower of Power, Delbert McClinton, and Johnny
Winter, to name a few. The band has also made
several successful tours of Europe and Asia.
Their
newest release, "Delta Vision,"
was recorded in both Florida and Nashville.
The original rhythm tracks were recorded at
Bob Greenlee's "Kingsnake Studios"
in Sanford, FL. Bob not only produced but
also played bass and some acoustic guitar
on the CD while Blues legend Sonny Rhodes
sang a couple of verses on the song, "Ten
Pounds of Love." The finishing tracks
were completed at Johnny Neel's "Straight-up
Sound" in Nashville. Johnny played keys
and added his producing talents to the mix.
Dennis Gulley assisted in producing as well
as engineering the recordings. "Delta
Vision" Charted at #14 on the "Living
Blues" charts and is presently receiving
enthusiastic airplay around the world, as
well as the digital audio markets.

was designed by Terry Morris for his Fender Strat and
includes his signature.
